  Extremely unpleasant experience overall. I initially got a quote from another dealer for a brand new Abarth 124 Spider with specific options and they found one that was not even allocated to any dealership.
  
  I contacted Fiat/Jeep Tynan and told the Sales Rep that another dealer found the car with the specific options/color in the Fiat caryard in port Kembla and see if they can offer a better deal. Unfortunately, Tynan offered a better price than the other one and thats how the nightmare started...
  
  At delivery the car has some obvious swirl marks and the driver side's door was even lightly chipped. Inside also had a few marks. The sale rep offered me a full polish next time I come for the 1000km service to fix it up and had it written on the contract. Ok I accept it as I know black car cant avoid Swirl marks and appreciated he was trying to help.
  
  Sales Rep drives the car off the showroom and says "it's all yours" Not planning to talk me through the car at all until I ask him about how the Navigation works... Ok, I accept it, i can just spend time going through the manual if I am not sure of something.
  
  Next day I found in the boot the owner manual (it was placed inside a used transparent plastic bag instead of the proper black cloth/leather case) and there was no warranty/service book......
  
  Called the sales rep the next day to tell him he forgot to give me the service book. He simply replied "No worries I have one here for ya" No apology at all and I will have to spare my time going back to the dealer.
  
  Went back on Sat 5/8, the sales rep was with other customers so I talked to the manager and he gave me a blank JEEP warranty book.. what??? A Jeep service book for an Abarth??????!!!!! I requested an Abarth service book as I dont see why Am I getting a Jeep book instead. The manager said "it's fine it's the same, just take it to service and they will complete it for you" I paused for a second and asked him " are you at least supposed to fill my /my car's details there on the front page instead of giving me a blank JEEP service book?" He at the end signed on the front page under Dealer's signature... and said he is happy to sign if it makes me more comfortable... (this is a JOKE)
  
  As I was walking out of the showroom I asked him am I supposed to have one of those black cloth/leather case for storing the owner manual and service book? He tried to look for one but then said "Nah sorry, for Abarth, it only comes with that plastic bag..." totally shocking customer service. Thank you for ruining my joy of buying a new car.
  
  I'll be writing to Fiat Australia to find out ;
  
  1st, am I really supposed to just have a Jeep service book??? Really??
  
  2nd, if the car was really brand new as requested. The car seems like it has been used as a demo due to the condition at delivery. I will provide VIN and they should be able to confirm that.
  
  I am not surprised there are people who have/had good experience with this dealership. However, mine was by far the wrost compare to the experiences I had with other car dealers in the past.
